Coastal Mowtown is a small crew rather than a franchise. It is family run and the owner attends every visit, so the person who quotes your yard is the person who does the work, and the standard stays the same every time.
The name is new. Until August 2026 the business traded as Shane's Lawns & Garden Service, and plenty of clients still call it that. It is the same crew, the same number and the same work. More on the name change.
The work covers the lot: mowing with the edges and a blow down, hedging, garden maintenance, pressure washing, overgrown recoveries, turfing and mulching. Clients describe the service the same way over and over: reliable, friendly, on time, good communication. Some have been on the books for more than three years.
As well as private homes and rentals, Shane takes on work arranged through NDIS plans, insurance companies, Veterans' Affairs and commercial clients.
Every job is quoted before the work starts, payment is easy, and the yard is always blown off and cleaned up before the trailer door shuts.
